Dr Ujita Patel – Principal Dental & Facial Aesthetics Practitioner

Ujita graduated with Honours from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 2005 before completing her vocational training in Surrey. Dedicated to continued development in her profession, she went on to earn a Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (Royal College of Surgeons of England) and a Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice from the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute.
Blending high-quality family dentistry with a special interest in cosmetic and restorative treatments, Ujita aims to integrate the latest dental technologies and techniques into her practice to deliver outstanding patient care, helping to keep patients mouth beautiful and healthy. She is also an experienced Invisalign® provider, ensuring patients achieve straighter smiles discreetly.
At home, she enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, and reading.

Dr Nisha Patel enjoys a reputation for providing the highest quality General, Implant, Orthodontic and Cosmetic dentistry as well as Medical and Facial aesthetics. Her amazing Smile Makeovers have transformed many lives giving her great satisfaction.
She is a certified Invisalign®and she offers the new SmileFast® concept for Composite bonding.
Nisha provides procedures for both functional and aesthetics to include wrinkle-reducing injections, skin rejuvenation, lip augmentation, treatment of pain in the masseter (jaw) and temporalis regions for clenching and grinding (Bruxism).
She qualified in 2005 with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Guy’s, King’s College London and St Thomas’ Hospital in London. Since then she has gained a Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties by the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Being committed to post graduate training, she has also gained a Diploma in Implant Dentistry at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, London.
Nisha is passionate about her love for dentistry and people giving her best possible care, she uses the most up-to-date techniques and materials ensuring outstanding results.

Dr Sushma Patel – Dental Practitioner

Sushma Patel has been an associate dentist at The Victoria Road Dental Clinic for over 20 years. She is a calm and caring dentist who graduated from Guy’s Hospital London in 1990. Sushma enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and keeps up to date by regularly attending courses, lectures and seminars. She is a certified Invisalign® and Inman Aligner dental practitioner, experienced in providing Orthodontic treatment.
Sushma is known for her reassuring manner and is especially gentle during treatment, providing high quality dental care for people who are anxious, allowing them to feel comfortable when receiving treatment. She believes that ‘a trip to the dentist’ should be a pain-free and comfortable experience. In her spare time, Sushma is a busy mum who loves to read and a keen gardener who lives local to the practice.
Luciana Maciel – Dental Hygienist & Therapist

Luciana originally qualified as a dental surgeon from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 2013, dedicating over five years to clinical practice in Argentina. In November 2019, she relocated to London, eventually transitioning her skills into the UK sector where she has spent the last three years working as a dedicated Dental Hygienist and Therapist. Driven by a strong interest in preventive dentistry, Luciana is committed to staying at the forefront of dental knowledge and advanced technology to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Outside of the clinic, she is an avid traveller who cherishes spending quality time with her family.
Chhiring Lama (Poonam) – Dental Care Professional

Poonam began her career at Victoria Road Dental Clinic as a trainee dental nurse in 2022 and successfully achieved her NEBDN qualification in 2023. As a qualified dental nurse, she is dedicated to providing excellent patient care, supporting clinicians during treatments, and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their dental visits. She is committed to continuing her professional development and enjoys contributing to the friendly and welcoming environment at Victoria Road Dental Clinic
Amanda Worland – Dental Care Professional

Amanda is a highly experienced dental professional with over 20 years in the dental field. She qualified with the NEBDN in November 2008 and has been a valued member of the team at Victoria Road Dental Clinic since 2018.
Known for her warm, caring, and approachable nature, Amanda is passionate about helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit. She understands that for many people, coming to the dentist can feel daunting, and she takes pride in offering reassurance, support, and a friendly face every step of the way.
Amanda is dedicated to delivering high standards of patient care and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with patients, helping them feel confident in both their oral health and their smile.
Outside of the practice, Amanda lives locally and enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family, making the most of everything the local community has to offer.
Bijal Kavia – Practice Manager
Bijal is an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring every patient has a positive experience from their first contact with the practice through to the completion of their treatment.
With a strong background in healthcare management and patient services, Bijal oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting both patients and the clinical team. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and customer service while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all.
Bijal particularly enjoys building relationships with patients, helping them feel at ease, and ensuring their treatment journey is smooth and stress-free. She is also passionate about staff development, practice growth, and implementing systems that enhance the overall patient experience.
Outside of work, Bijal enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active, travelling, and doing charity work in Kenya.
